THOMAS GREENFIELD

Thomas Gundry Greenfield is an Australian based contemporary dancer and physical performer, creating and performing for the street, club, tent, screen and stage.

As a performer and creator Thomas offers and develops raw, unique, physically powerful material. Working strongly in Dance, Circus and Physical Theatre, Thomas has worked with Bangarra Dance Theatre, Australian Dance Theatre, Opera Australia, Slack Taxi, Circus Oz, Shaun Parker and Company, Expressions Dance Company, Kage, Dancenorth, Akram Khan, Antony Hamilton Projects and the all male drag burlesques circus company Briefs in Briefs CLOSE ENCOUNTERS.

Thomas also featured in the film The Boy Castaways (Michael Kantor) and in Channel 7’s The Fairies as Jethro the Jitterbug as well as starring in friendship’s music video for ‘When I feel Like Killing, I Murder‘.

TV Commercial credits include NRL, TAB, Google Apps and BCF.

Thomas endeavours to challenge himself and his art form engaging in progressive collaborations and opportunities to create innovative and transformative physically driven works.
