Hannah Wood is a NIDA Graduate.

Hannah is a graduate of NIDA, studying their Diploma of Musical Theatre in 2015. 

Growing up in England and Japan, Hannah began studying singing and acting from a young age. After moving to Australia, she gained a Bachelor of Arts at the Australian National University, majoring in Drama and Japanese.

Upon graduating, she toured regionally with Stop Means Go for Jigsaw Theatre Company and performed the lead role of Katy in the premiere production of In Loco Parentis for The Street Theatre.

In 2014, Hannah performed The H Team and Verbal Combat for Brainstorm Productions, which saw her tour nationwide and perform to over 35,000 children.

Whilst at NIDA, Hannah performed in Fraternal by Jake Stewart as part of Naked: New Works from the NIDA Writers as well as the Musical Theatre Showcase. 

After graduating NIDA, Hannah toured with Echelon Productions over three years, starring in Fair Dinkum in 2016, Super Duper! in 2017 and Treasure Hunt in 2018.

Hannah is currently touring Australia with Poetry In Action.

She is also a Captain Starlight for the Starlight Children’s Foundation, brightening the lives of seriously ill children in hospital.
