Maddie Plum is a dedicated, enthusiastic, emerging triple threat.

Maddie Plum is an enthusiastic, determined and dedicated emerging Triple Threat performer and artist, who currently resides in Melbourne, Australia.

Throughout her educational years, Maddie thrived in Jazz, Tap and Contemporary classes alongside her 13 year-long position in a Championship team with Jeaden Calisthenics College.

Over the years her love of music was developed learning a variety of instruments including Cello, Clarinet, an occasional strum of a Ukulele, Piano and most passionately, singing. As part of the Young Voices of Melbourne Choir for 10 years, she toured AUS, the USA and NZ, singing at each location’s top concert halls.

Maddie has successfully completed numerous Australian Music Examinations Board (AMEB) exams in Music Theatre, Cello and Music Theory all with High Distinction and she received a perfect score for her VCE Singing Performance exam.

Maddie trained at the VCA in the Music Theatre Foundation Course (2018), in addition to performing in Victorian Opera’s production of The Magic Pudding.

2019 saw her complete a British Advanced Diploma of Music Theatre at Associated Studio’s Australia which included writing and performing her own cabaret ‘You Give Me Fever’. Another highlight of this year was being selected to perform as a soloist at the inaugural Australian Music Theatre Festival’s showcase concert in Tasmania alongside the likes of Jemma Rix, Queenie van de Zandt and Rob Mills.

2020 saw Maddie move to London to further her Music Theatre studies internationally under the direction of Leontine Hass. Upon premature return due to COVID-19, she was also recognised as a Top 30 semi- finalist for the Rob Guest Endowment Awards. She has successfully landed work in numerous short films, advertising and voiceover roles, music videos, performance gigs and more since returning home.

Alongside her passion for music theatre, Maddie also sings jazz, and acoustic contemporary covers at numerous venues around Melbourne.

Maddie endeavours to continually refine her craft working with various industry experts on a regular basis.
