Originally from the beautiful Adelaide Hills, Madeleine knew from a formative age that her career would lie somewhere between writing and acting. This led her first on a university exchange to Paris in 2015, where she studied Shakespearian theatre alongside an international relations degree at the Paris Institute of Political Science. In 2017, she moved to Sydney to further develop her skills on screen and stage.
Following a four-week Actors Residency at NIDA, she was admitted to their year-long Screen Actors Studio, where she trained under Brett Rogers, Chloé Boreham, Gabriella Maselli, and Ben Mathews. Upon graduating from the course, she went on to feature in short films directed by graduates of AFTRS, AFTT, JMC Academy, and SAE Institute.
Whilst currently engaged in ongoing classes with Sydney Actors Collective under the tutelage of Chum Ehelepola, Madeleine is co-writing a television series and exploring every creative outlet available to her.
